Abroadu will consult each foreign student individually. Student sends the application file to Abroadu Education Center, which includes: application form, passport copy, high school graduation certificate and transcript of records, criminal background check, photo, etc.
Deadline: 1 August 2016 for undergraduate students / 30 August 2016 for preparatory year students.
Abroadu Education Center checks if the documents sent by the student are correct and if they correspond to university requirements; then the consultant translates and certifies them into Romanian language and using this document file applies to the university and faculty requested by the student.
Deadline: 5 August 2016 for undergraduate students / 10 September 2016 for preparatory year students.
Abroadu Education Center announces the admission results to all students. The admitted students are required to transfer the cost of the invitation letter for student visa and express courier to the university in Moldova.
Deadline: 10 August 2016 for undergraduate students / 30 September 2016 for preparatory year students.
If the student invitation letter is issued by the Bureau of Migration and Asylum to the university, student will be required to transfer a part of the tuition fee to the university. The university will then send the invitation letter to the student via express courier.
Deadline: 20 August 2016 for undergraduate students / 20 October 2016 for preparatory year students.
With this invitation letter, the student applies for visa at the Moldovan Consulate. On arrival to Moldova, Abroadu Education Center staff will meet the student at the airport and take him/ her to the dormitory and to the university. The university will help the student to apply for the residence permit, health insurance, medical test, etc.
Studies start on: 1 September 2016 for undergraduate students / 1 November 2016 for preparatory year students.
